Southwest Electric Cooperative offers the ability for members to log into our website and view information about their bills and account. Cooperative members will have the ability make an online payment through a one time e-draft as well as an automatic (monthly) bank draft. Level billing is available for members who wish to pay the same amount each month.  The level billing period will run from July through the following June. Your monthly payment will be based on the average usage from the previous months.  Your average monthly bill may vary depending on which month the program is initiated.  Please contact one of Southwest Electric Cooperative's offices for assistance with figuring the monthly average.  The level billing will be re-figured in June of each year.

Southwest Electric Cooperative's billing dates are the 20th of each month with a due date on the 10th of the following month.  The billing statements are mailed on the 21st of each month.  When the due date of the 10th falls on a weekend, the due date would change to the following business day which in most cases would be the following Monday.
