The number to call to report a power outage is 800-262-0326.  This outage phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

During times of high call volume, Southwest Electric Cooperative is equipped with an outage reporting system.  This allows calls to be taken faster and more effectively.  This system is only used when an outage occurs affecting a large number of members.  You can report your outage through the services menu and it will instantly be reported to our Member Services personnel who are responsible for notifying our service crews. 

In order for this system to operate efficiently, it is important the cooperative has your correct phone number on file.  You can call any Southwest Electric Cooperative office and verify that your phone number is listed correctly, or you may also check the phone number listed on your monthly billing statement.  If the number is incorrect, please notify one of our offices or note your next payment with the correct phone number and we will update our records.
